Problem:

The client was looking to develop the garden land of a large property.

Solution:

We proposed the construction of the 3 dwellings designed to compliment an adjoining development, and one additional dwelling which included features of the existing property due to it being road-facing.

Result:

The result is 4 new high-quality dwellings & associated landscaping works which seamlessly fit into the locality. The properties have far reaching views over the landscape to the rear.
