Problem:
The client purchased the site with Planning Permission which required some alterations to enhance the proposed properties and reach the site’s full potential.
Solution:
Pump House Designs prepared amended drawings to improve upon the designs of the properties. The Planning Permission was varied to regularise the changes and work commenced in early 2023.
Result:
At time of writing, the development is currently under construction and is due to be completed by the end of 2024. This development sets itself apart from previous schemes provided by this particular client due to it’s focus on retaining the heritage feel of the site, echoing the style of the local villages and settlements. It is intended to become the proverbial “flagship” development of the client’s portfolio.
