After being trained by a surveying company in Battle, he moved to an architectural practice in Hastings. He then went self-employed in 1996 operating out of Pump House Yard. It was there that he met Andrew and the two decided to start Pump House Designs in 2003. He now tends to deal mainly with the interior design side of the company, along with larger residential developments.

In the next decade he went on to complete many different projects, before teaming up with Steve to start Pump House Designs in 2003. He now tends to deal mainly with the residential side of the company, along with smaller commercial developments.
Spent 3 years at university studying interior architectural design before joining an interior design company in Bexhill. After obtaining over 5 years experience, joined Pump House Designs in 2014.
Joined the team in 2005. Pump House Designs allowed him to attend university on a part time basis, enabling him to complete Part 1 of his architecture degree before joining the interior design team in 2013.
Our Architectural Technicians
Since qualifying at college he has worked in the commercial and housing sector, gaining 10 years’ experience, before returning to Pump House Designs to work with the interior design team.
Attended Anglia Ruskin University, achieving a BSc Hons in Architectural Technology. Working in Essex & London for 2 years, he has experience in residential, industrial and retail projects.
Robin Redsull RIBA
Following many years of owning his own practice on the outskirts of London, Robin joined the company in 2004. He provides clients with the 40 years of knowledge and experience which he has accumulated over the years.
Our Architectural Draughtsmen
Has been a draughtsman for over 30 years, starting his career and qualified as an engineering draughtsman within the swimming pool industry. Has since obtained over 20 years of architectural experience.
Worked in the Planning Department at Rother District Council while completing his engineering degree. Working primarily in the residential team, he uses his planning knowledge to deal with CIL and SUDS.
Started at Pump House Designs in 2012 whilst spending two days a week at college. Upon completing his college course, he joined the team full time in 2014. Following the same pathway as Andrew 30 years prior.
Admin & Planning
Has worked for the company as a secretary since inception, becoming a director in 2005.
Worked in the Planning Department at Rother District Council for 20 years before joining the team in 2015.
Has been a director since inception, before joining the workforce in 2015 as a secretary.
