Who We Are?
Set in the picturesque village of Sedlescombe in East Sussex, Pump House Designs offer a comprehensive service.
Pump House Designs was formed in 2003 by Andrew Gerken and Steve Fasey and has gone from strength to strength. Between them, they have over fifty years experience and are able to help you at every stage from initial design through to obtaining tenders and providing Architect’s Certificates. We are proud to have submitted over 200 planning applications to Rother District Council last year alone, along with over 250 to Councils in the surrounding areas.
We will guide you through the complicated planning and building regulations systems and provide you with plans for all of your planning and building regulation needs. From small extensions and porches through to single new build dwellings and multi housing developments, Pump House Designs maintains a professional yet personal friendly service you would expect from a local firm.
We are proud to have been nominated for the best domestic extension in the South East at the Local Authority Building Control Awards 2010 and 2014 and the best public service building in the South East at the Local Authority Building Control Awards 2014. More recently we have been nominated for the best change of use to an existing building at the Local Authority Building Control Awards 2017.
We pride ourselves in having good rapport with others in the building trades. Pump House Designs are always a phone call away for clients and contractors and other professionals to discuss and resolve any issues which may arise on site.
